Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative arts and crafts workshops tailored for corporate teams.
- Conduct hands-on workshops in a fun, engaging, and interactive manner.
- Source materials and prepare workshop kits based on project requirements.
- Engage participants of all skill levels and ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Manage workshop logistics, including setup, cleanup, and maintaining inventory.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in conducting arts and crafts workshops or related training sessions.
- Background in art, design, crafting, or education is a plus.
- Experience working with corporate clients is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin & English is preferable.
Skills Required:
- Strong creativity and innovation in designing craft projects.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire workshop participants.
