Sales Consultant – Corporate Healthcare

            

Do you enjoy meeting people, building relationships and closing deals?

Looking for a sales role where your income grows with your performance?        

We are expanding our corporate healthcare team and looking for motivated Sales Consultants to introduce corporate healthcare and employee health screening programs to organisations.

           

You will work with one of these client segments:

  •    Government Linked Companies (GLC)
  •    Multinational & Public Listed Companies
  •    SMEs
  •    Factories & Manufacturing Companies

What You’ll Get            

Basic salary around RM3,000 + attractive commission

Job Requirements

What You’ll Do            

  • Identify and approach companies to introduce corporate healthcare and employee health screening services           
  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking and referrals          
  • Arrange meetings with HR managers, Safety Officers and company decision makers          
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable healthcare programs         
  • Prepare proposals and quotations            
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed projects            
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of health screening programs            
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and grow your client portfolio

            

Key Skills & Mindset     

  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive business development           
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue building opportunities           
  • Goal-oriented and driven by results           
  • Patient and disciplined, especially when managing longer sales cycles with corporate clients           
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills           
  • Self-motivated and proactive in managing sales activities

            

Who We’re Looking For           

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health or related fields            
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply           
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience are welcome          
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
