Job Description

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientation.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
• Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and communication materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn and able to work well both independently and in a team.
