• Core Role: Translate design concepts into functional, high-quality spatial realities.
• Client Engagement: Manage client relationships from initial consultation to understand project requirements and maintain regular project updates.
• Design & Visuals: Develop creative design proposals, spatial layouts, and 3D renderings based on client briefs.
• Material Selection: Source, propose, and select appropriate materials, finishes, color schemes, and loose furniture.
• Technical Output: Produce precise construction details, layout plans, and technical shop drawings.
• Site Execution: Conduct on-site measurements and manage accurate site coordination with contractors and suppliers to deliver seamless project handovers.

Job Requirements

Key Highlights

• End-to-End Design: From conceptual space planning to precise technical/construction drawings
• High-End 3D Visuals: Produce professional renderings (3ds Max/V-Ray) to bring visions to life.
• FF&E Curation: Source and specify finishes, furniture, and fittings; manage material boards.
• Site Excellence: Conduct site measurements and visits to ensure design intent is met.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate between clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth delivery. Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is highly preferred to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and site contractors.
