Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking person to join our operations team.
This role involves visiting locations daily to refill vending machines, check stock levels, and ensure machines are always ready for customers.
🛠 Job Scope
- Plan daily route to visit assigned locations
- Prepare stock before leaving warehouse
- Load stock into vehicle
- Travel to locations and refill vending machines
- Count and check remaining stock
- Record stock updates using software tool
- Monitor fast-selling items
- Weekly meeting about all vending machiines performance
- Preparing stock orders when low stocks
- Do basic machine checking (power, simple reset) and cleaning
- Keep vehicle and stock area clean and organised
- Receiving stocks from supplier and check products' expiry dates
Job Requirements
- SPM or equivalent
- Valid driving license
- Physically fit (able to carry stock boxes)
- Responsible, honest, and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Able to communicate and coordinate with customers via WhatsApp and face to face
- Experience in delivery, warehouse, or retail restocking is an advantage but not required.
