Role Overview Own the finance engine for our subscription-led business. You’ll lead billing, revenue recognition, reporting, and forecasting partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to drive profitable, predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Operations
• Own subscription billing, invoicing, collections, and ARR/MRR tracking.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), deferred revenue, and multi-element arrangements (software + hardware + services).

• FP&A and Reporting
• Build driver-based forecasts, budgets, and scenario models (growth, pricing, churn).
•  Deliver monthly close, P&L/cash flow, board packs, and unit economics.

• Growth Metrics and Insights
• Develop dashboards for MRR, NRR/GRR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback, cohorts.
• Partner with Sales on pricing, discount guardrails, and deal desk approvals.

• Controls, Compliance, and Cash
• Maintain strong controls, audit readiness, tax and statutory compliance. 
• Manage cash flow, runway, and working capital; optimize collections and terms.

• Systems and Scale
• Own the finance stack: accounting, subscription billing, payments, CRM/BI integrations. 
• Drive process automation and close-time reduction.

Requirements

• 5+ years in finance/accounting; (Good to have) 2+ years in subscription/SaaS or recurring-revenue models
• Advanced Excel/Sheets experience
• Clear communicator, business-partner mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, remote setup.
• Excellent command of English (read, write & spoken), conversational command of Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; CRM proficiency.
