The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Hardware Deployment Technician to be the hands-on driving force behind our self-service kiosk deployments. You won't just be "fixing things"—you will be the on-the-ground face of Vendfun's innovation, ensuring our hardware and software integrate flawlessly at hospitality venues around the region.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Impact):

• Hardware Deployment: Lead the end-to-end assembly, configuration, and launch of our smart hospitality kiosks and automation systems.
• Regional Implementations: You will have the opportunity to travel regionally within South East Asia to deploy our tech on-site, serving as the critical bridge between our engineering team and our global hospitality partners.
• Proactive Tech Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and network challenges in real-time, ensuring our automation solutions deliver a flawless, zero-friction experience for hotel guests.
• Continuous Innovation: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field. Gather user feedback, test new integrations, and collaborate with our R&D team to make our next-generation products even better.

Job Requirements

What You Bring to the Table (The DNA):

• Educational Foundation: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical discipline.
• Experience That Counts: At least 2 years of working experience in a related field (electronics repair, hardware maintenance, or field service) is preferred.
• Calling all Fresh Graduates: You are highly encouraged to apply if you have a strong academic background and a relentless "can-do" attitude!
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: You have a solid foundational understanding of hardware assembly, basic networking, and electronics. When a system throws an error, you don't panic; you investigate.
• Technical Chops: Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and understanding DC power supply/circuit boards.
• Familiarity with computer hardware components and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).
• Hands-on ability to use hand tools and electronic testing equipment (e.g., multimeters).
• Wanderlust & Travel Readiness: You must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel regionally for overseas kiosk installations and partner support.
• The Right Mindset: You bring a strong problem-solving mindset, a commitment to punctuality, and an eager willingness to learn new automation technologies.
