Job Description

At Vendfun Malaysia, you’ll work on real products that automate everyday operations and elevate customer experiences. We’re a fast-moving, mentor-led team where interns learn by application, not shadowing—and your ideas can go live fast. 

Be the friendly face behind our product.

What you’ll do: Support users via chat/email, leads outreach, update FAQs, assist onboarding and demos.

You have: Empathy, clear writing, patience, and organization.

Nice to have: Experience with helpdesk tools.

Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be an added advantage
