WHAT YOU WILL DO (PURE SALES EXECUTION)

• Drive Full-Cycle Enterprise Deals: Strategically prospect, target, pitch, and close high-value B2B contracts across budget hotels, express/smart properties, serviced residences, and 4-star/5-star luxury hotel chains.
• Sell ROI Across All Tiers: Consult directly with hotel owners, asset managers, general managers, and C-suite executives on how Vendfun slashes labor overhead for budget properties while enhancing premium service delivery for luxury establishments.
• Build a High-Yield Territory: Systematically map out high-growth hospitality segments across budget, mid-scale, and 4-to-5-star markets to establish continuous regional distribution pipelines.
• Represent at Premier Events: Position Vendfun as the benchmark automation solution at major regional hospitality summits, trade expos, and executive networking events.

Job Requirements

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven Sales Track Record: 4+ years of B2B deal closing success, preferably selling tech solutions directly into budget to 5-star hotels, Hospitality Tech, SaaS, PMS, POS, or Hotel Operations.
• Language Proficiency STRICTLY REQUIRED: Professional written and spoken fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential to negotiate regularly with Mandarin-speaking hotel owners, investors, and regional supply chain stakeholders across Asia.
• Hunter Mindset: Self-directed, highly motivated by monetary reward, confident in high-stakes negotiations across both independent budget owners and corporate C-level boards.
• Mobility & Travel: Possess personal transport and willingness to travel for property site visits, executive client demos, and regional industry trade shows.
