- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and effectively via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
- Documenting processes as well as customer compliments and complaints.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure that gaps in the customer experience are plugged.
- This is more than just customer service! You will be continuously adding value and finding ways to surprise and delight customers
