At Verdant Solar, interns are given the opportunity to handle real customer-facing operations, contribute to workflow improvements, and support the company’s wider growth engine. What You’ll Be Involved In

You will support the team in managing customer touchpoints, strengthening engagement pipelines, and ensuring information flows seamlessly across our operational ecosystem. This includes working with our internal tools, improving data accuracy, and helping maintain a consistent brand experience across all communications.

Your Scope of Work

• Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy within our Master Lead Board and CRM workflow.
   
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries through Response.io, ensuring messages are attended to within a set turnaround time.
   
• Conduct structured outreach through WhatsApp, calls, and digital communication channels to activate customers and encourage participation in engagement programmes.
   
• Support analysis of engagement patterns so the team can better understand customer behaviour and improve conversion across touchpoints.
   
• Participate in small process-improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks in the engagement funnel.
   
• Assist in weekly reporting to ensure progress visibility across the Marketing team.

Job Requirements

• Someone with strong communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in customer-facing interactions.  
• Comfortable with structured work, digital tools, and basic tracking systems (Excel/Sheets, CRM platforms, communication dashboards).  
• Detail-oriented — especially when handling customer data and internal reporting.  
• Self-driven, curious, and excited about improving how things work behind the scenes.  
• Passionate about being part of a future-thinking organisation that values people as much as progress.
• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or any related studies.
• 3-6 Months of Internship placement.
