Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a Finance Intern to join our Accounts Receivable function, with exposure to ad-hoc finance tasks as needed. You'll report directly to our Senior Finance team member and play a part in key initiatives including AR collections and customer account management.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in Accounts Receivable tasks, including following up with customers on outstanding receivables
- Support customer account reconciliation — matching payments to invoices, resolving discrepancies
- Assist in preparation of AR aging reports and collection status updates
- Provide filing and document management support (invoices, receipts, payment records)
- Provide general ad-hoc administrative and finance support as required by the team
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day tasks

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for customer follow-up
- A team player who collaborates well with others
- Experience in AR (internship or otherwise) preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems is an advantage
- Excel skills (formulas) optional, but good to have
