About the Role
We're looking for a Finance Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure across Finance as a whole. You'll report directly to our Senior Finance team member and play a part in key initiatives including our ERP system transition and year-end financial reporting
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the ongoing system transition, including data migration support
- Support preparation of financial statements and the Annual Report
- Assist in preparation of management reporting items
- Support Accounts Receivable tasks, including following up with customers on outstanding receivables
- Provide general ad-hoc administrative support to the finance team
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day finance tasks
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Prior internship experience in audit preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills (formulas) and proficiency in Word
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who collaborates well with others
