At Verdant Solar, interns are valued as part of our core team! You’ll be empowered to initiate projects and bring bold ideas to life, with a focus on streamlining payroll workflows and enhancing people processes. 

What You’ll Do:

• Support employee retention and growth initiatives, including tracking participation, managing communications, and ensuring follow-through on development plans and recognition programs.
• Accurately input, manage, and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Monday Directory, BRIOHR).
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including document preparation, tracking changes, and employee communication.
• Work with payroll to prepare and verify monthly payout data.
• Manage learning session logistics, scheduling, and communications with participants and trainers.
• Organize employee engagement activities to strengthen Verdant’s culture.
• Support ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are:

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and HR systems (e.g., Monday Directory, BRIOHR) for tracking and administration.
• Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Available for a 3–6 month internship placement.
