Job Description
At Verdant Solar, interns are part of our core team! You’ll take ownership of projects, solve real problems, and bring your boldest ideas to life to speed up our operational processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Site Supervision – Oversee in site visits & installations, collaborating closely with field teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Project Management – Manage and coordinate the scheduling project sites and the warehouse, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Oversee project logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Troubleshooting – Support solar troubleshooting and solutions.
- Quality Assurance – Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards and prevent errors in operations.
- Problem Solving – Offer ideas to resolve on-site challenges.
- Taking Challenges – Embrace challenges as a valuable learning curve..

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Final-year student pursuing Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering fields.
- Able to commit internship duration for 3–6 months (Feb 2026 / March 2026 Intake).
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel for site visits, installations, and supervision tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, field staff, and clients.
- Able to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to on-site issues.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
