We are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with:

Inventory & Procurement Support

• Update stock movement records (inbound/outbound) in our system.
• Assist in reconciling delivery orders, stock reports, and system data.
• Support PO/DO flow accuracy and invoice documentation.
• Track delivery schedules and supplier communication records.

Logistics Coordination

• Assist in preparing delivery documents and coordinating delivery schedules.
• Liaise with warehouse and project teams to ensure material readiness for site dispatch.
• Record proof of delivery (POD) and update logistics trackers.
• Support transport coordination with 3PLs and internal teams.

Planning & Systems

• Maintain procurement trackers and delivery status sheets.
• Support internal planning documents and update delivery calendars.
• Learn to navigate Monday.com, WMS, and Google Sheets to support team visibility.
• Join regular supply chain team huddles to sync on operational priorities.

Process Improvement Exposure

• Suggest improvements to PO/DO tracking formats or delivery logs.
• Assist in internal documentation of logistics SOPs or system screenshots.
• Research local suppliers or 3PLs as part of benchmarking exercises.

Job Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Able to commit to a 3–6 months internship (July 2026 Intake).
• Possess own transport and is willing to travel for warehouse visits and stock checks.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
