Job Description
Talent Acquisition (50%)
● Own the Intern Recruitment Cycle: You will manage the entire intern hiring process, from start to finish.
● Job Posting & ATS Management: You will own our two biggest administrative tasks: posting new roles and ensuring all candidate data on monday.com is 100% accurate.
● CV Screening: Using the hiring sheet provided for each role, you will screen all applicants and sort them into A “Strongly Inclined”, B “Inclined” and C “Not Inclined”.
● Conducting 1st Round Interviews: You will be trained to conduct the 30-minute first-round screening interview for all "Yes" intern candidates, assessing them against the hiring criterias.
● Operational Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and day-to-day team support as needed to keep our recruitment operations running smoothly during peak times.
Employer Branding (50%)
● Brand ambassador of Linkedin/XiaoHongShu: You will develop and manage our weekly employer branding content calendar.
● Be the "Internal Reporter": You are "empowered to initiate"! This means you must proactively find out what's happening (events, team successes, "Day in the Life" stories), identify the right PICs, and gather the content (photos, quotes, videos).
● Deliver Weekly Content: You will deliver social media assets (e.g., a video, a written post, a graphic), following our brand guidelines.
● Headhunter: Use your creativity to find out new ways to bring in more talents!
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and Employer Branding
- Able to manage tasks independently and take full ownership of projects (“go-getter” mindset)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Creative and proactive in generating employer branding ideas
- Familiarity with tools like monday.com, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
Right to Work Requirements
