At Verdant Solar, we see interns as part of our core team! You are empowered to initiate projects and experiment with your wildest ideas with one end goal: speed up our operational processes.

We are currently looking for a go-getter to join our People & Culture team! Your role is to be the engine of our intern talent pipeline and the on-the-ground ambassador of our employer brand. You will manage two key workstreams, balancing recruitment operations with relationship-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (40%)

• Own the Recruitment Cycle: Manage the full cycle of intern/executive hiring process, including job posting, CV screening, talent management, interviewing, and scheduling.
• Proactive Talent Sourcing: Act as a talent scout by actively headhunting candidates across various platforms to help the team build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Content Management (40%)

• Social Media Management: Handle and grow the official company LinkedIn, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) accounts. 
• Content Creation: Design, create, edit, and post engaging social media content that highlights our company culture and attracts top talent. 
• Data & Analytics: Track and analyze account growth, engagement rates, and content performance to continuously improve our digital strategy. 

Workplace Experience and Ad-Hoc (20%)

• Operational Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and day-to-day team support as needed to keep our people and culture operations running smoothly during peak times.
• Office Management: Assist with front desk operations, manage correspondence, and maintain a highly organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and clients.
• Onboarding & Culture: Coordinate the onboarding schedule for new hires, order equipment, and assist with planning team-building events.

Job Requirements

 Who We Are Looking For: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Able to commit to a 3–6 months internship (August 2026 Intake).
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, and XHS.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other editing software. 
• Excellent time management skills to effectively balance both daily recruitment tasks and branding initiatives.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about creating a great candidate experience.
• Possess basic knowledge of Google Workspace. You don't need to be an expert in Monday.com or job sites yet, as long as you are eager to learn, we will train you!
