We are currently looking for a go-getter to join our People & Culture team! Your role is to be the engine of our intern talent pipeline and the on-the-ground ambassador of our employer brand!

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (40%)

• Assist the Recruitment Cycle: Assist the full cycle of intern/executive hiring process, including job posting, CV screening, talent management, interviewing, and scheduling.
• Proactive Talent Sourcing: Act as a talent scout by actively headhunting candidates across various platforms to help the team build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Candidate Experience & Lead Routing: Act as the first point of contact by managing our talent inbox, delivering prompt, warm replies, and assigning inbound leads to our TA team.

Employer Branding & Content Management (40%)

• Instagram Account Management: Spearhead the growth of our Instagram presence by strategizing, creating, and publishing engaging content while actively monitoring key performance metrics.
• Content Creation & Design: Produce engaging social media content and branding visuals to highlight our culture and attract talents.

Workplace Experience and Ad Hoc (20%)

• Operational Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and day-to-day team support as needed to keep our people and culture operations running smoothly during peak times.
• Office Management: Assist with front desk operations, manage correspondence, and maintain a highly organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and clients.
• Onboarding & Culture: Coordinate the onboarding schedule for new hires, order equipment, and assist with planning team-building events

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other editing software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively balance recruitment tasks, employer branding initiatives, and workplace experience support.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and people-oriented, with the adaptability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, AI tools, and job portals).
