Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & System Stability

• System Ownership: Act as the primary administrator and technical owner for our core business platforms and tools.
• Technical Support: Serve as the main point of contact for internal support requests, troubleshooting user issues and system bugs with a focus on solving the underlying problem, not just the symptom.
• Process Monitoring: Proactively monitor the health and performance of critical workflows and automations, ensuring data flows reliably between our systems.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Problem Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges, uncovering the real problems behind requests.
• Workflow Automation: Architect, build, and maintain no-code/low-code automations to reduce manual work and improve cross-departmental workflows.
• Solution Implementation: Take ownership of end-to-end small to medium projects, from problem analysis and solution design, to testing, rollout, and adoption.
• Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of your improvement initiatives, ensuring clear communication on timelines, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders.

Job Requirements

 What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Science, or any related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, digital tools administration, or automation-related roles.
• Practical experience with no-code or relevant automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems into clear solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to running workshops and explaining technical concepts simply.
• Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify practical and innovative solutions.
• Adaptable, curious, and resilient when priorities shift.
