Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Workplace Experience Executive to manage office operations and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll create a safe, functional, and inspiring workplace while supporting sustainability efforts. If you enjoy organizing, coordinating, and enhancing workplace experiences, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Workplace Management: Ensure offices are safe, clean, functional, and hybrid-friendly. Manage licenses, compliance, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Keep office supplies and pantry/refreshments always stocked. Own office maintenance workflows and track assets and inventory regularly.
- Sustainability: Lead green office initiatives (recycling, energy conservation, eco-friendly procurement) and track progress against Verdant’s ESG goals.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute cultural events, festive celebrations, and employee appreciation programs. Coordinate onboarding experiences for new hires (e.g. onboarding gifts, first-day walkthroughs).
- Feedback & Sentiment: Administer employee satisfaction ratings and act on feedback to enhance workplace experience.
- Logistics Support: Assist with travel, accommodation, and event bookings as needed.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong project management skills to plan and execute community and employee engagement events.
- Experienced in managing vendors and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and legal compliance is a plus.
