What You'll Do:

  • Drive direct revenue through consultative B2C sales.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and propose improvements to enhance profitability and service quality.
  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to showcase solar solutions, ROI benefits, and energy efficiency, while delivering exceptional after-sales support.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by understanding client needs, addressing pain points, and building long-term relationships through guidance, support, and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and relevant government incentives/policies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of technical sales experience and excel in consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Customer-centric, collaborative, and a good team player.
  • Comfortable with technical aspects and capable of quickly grasping product knowledge.
  • Own transport with a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
