You act as the backbone of day-to-day operations by repairing laptops, maintaining hardware, and delivering both on-site and remote support. Your attention keeps client systems available and our projects moving.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

In-House Support & Troubleshooting

• Support for laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals at in-house office, resolving common faults promptly.
• Follow structured diagnostics to isolate issues and escalate unresolved faults to senior engineers with clear notes.

Hardware Maintenance & Asset Care

• Replace and test parts such as RAM, storage, screens and power supplies to restore device functionality.
• Manage hardware lifecycle by labelling assets, keeping inventory records and preparing devices for deployment or secure disposal.

Setup, Network Basics & Documentation

• Configure workstations with basic Windows and network settings, verify backups and confirm connectivity before handover.
• Log incidents, fixes and asset history in our records so solutions are reusable and repeat problems are tracked.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You can be a fresh graduate or have zero years' experience; basic IT certifications or hands-on training are welcomed.
• You must be willing to perform on-site visits and occasional travel to client locations within Malaysia.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You understand laptop and hardware troubleshooting for common component failures and can carry out basic repairs.
• You have basic networking knowledge, familiarity with Windows OS, and experience supporting printers and peripherals.
• You can manage IT inventory and maintain clear technical records for assets and incidents.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You communicate clearly and calmly with non-technical users, showing patience and a service-minded attitude.
• You have good problem-solving, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn from senior technicians.
