Your role as a Project Manager: &nbsp;
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project timeline for our background check software, including continuous improvement for the software. You'll work cross-functionally to identify user needs, shape solutions, and deliver features that create measurable impact. You play a vital role in maintaining the strict timeline and quality of the product, making sure that all parties and stakeholders are aligned and the product can be launched by the due date. You will be assisted by the engineering and data team. &nbsp;

<li>Collaborate with stakeholders (CX, SD, Engineering, Ops) to define clear product problems and opportunities &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize feedback to inform product direction &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on impact &nbsp;</li>
<li>Execution &amp; Delivery &nbsp;</li>
<li>Translate product ideas into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams to bring features from idea to deployment &nbsp;</li>

<li>Ensure alignment on goals and priorities across cross-functional teams &nbsp;</li>
