To gain understanding from the users of their current job's challenges, environment, and problem, hence gain buy in from the users of some of the pre-determined features.
To prepare sets of question for interview purpose.
2) Prototype
To work with Technical and Project Manager in providing prototypes (if several needed), to provide better understanding from the Clients and close the requirement gap.
3) Document Analysis
To gather data / document template from the client / users.
Analyse gathered data with Technical / product owner to close the requirement gap requested.
4) System familiarisation and Observation
Familiarise and understand the current developed system, integrated and associated system to provide better requirement document.
Create mock-up and user interfaces and perform technical documentation for new businesses.
5) Quality / Cost Control
Perform cost benefit analysis
Assist testing efforts and monitor quality control functions, when required.
Assist in coordinating and compiling Group and subsidiary yearly budget
Support change management when required.
6) Analyse / Review
Develop business plans and data models for all new and potential business, analyse the elicit requirements, develop project scope and define project boundaries, document new business requirements and business risk assessment
Review and suggest process improvement, develop process flow for existing and new businesses
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Deep interest in providing a polished software / system.
Ability to summarize requirement to easy to understand format (to be comprehended by both client and developers) Good follow-up ability.
Good interpersonal skill.
Must have good written or oral communication skills
2 - 3 years' experience in Business Process Outsourcing and related field. (BSc IT, Computer Science, Business IT)
Knowledge in DB, (SQL, Non-SQL) and Web Application are added advantage.
Domain knowledge / relevant knowledge in financial / procurement system will be given priority.
Should possess a Degree in IT or relevant fields
Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking associates/client.
Must have initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
