Job Description

  • Provide exceptional support to Clients for their enquiries, requirements, concerns, and escalations regarding Background Checks, in strict adherence to Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Foster and nurture strong Client relationships while expanding our business through consistent service excellence, and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
  • Prepare reminders, minutes, reports, letters, and other administrative support materials when required.
  • Actively participate in ad-hoc projects, activities, and events.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any Qualification
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills with people of all levels
  • Well versed in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Good spoken and written English is a pre-requisite
  • Able to work and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
