What You Need to Do:

<li>Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.</li>
<li>Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and filing.</li>
<li>To handle accounts receivables and account payables.</li>
<li>Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts.</li>
<li>Issue invoice, purchase order, quotation and cheque payment.</li>
<li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary on audit, tax and secretarial matters.</li>
<li>Ensure accounting records &amp; systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.</li>
