Job Description

 What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

  1. Customer Support Excellence: Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to all customer-related problems via multiple channels
  2. Live Chat & Communication: Provide real-time customer service support through live chat and phone systems
  3. Process Management: Follow company service standards and communication procedures to ensure consistent quality
  4. Problem Resolution: Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
  5. Account Management: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts


Job Requirements

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

  1. Language Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) for diverse client communication
  2. Experience Level: Fresh graduates encouraged to apply, customer service experience preferred but not essential
  3. Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
  4. Work Flexibility: Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends (5-6 days per week)
  5. Personal Qualities: Strong multitasking abilities, time management skills, and passion for helping customers
  6. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in dynamic, supportive team environment
