Role Description:

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities related to infrastructure and earthwork projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in infrastructure and earthwork project management.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site construction works for infrastructure and earthwork projects.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and ensure proper implementation on-site.
• Ensure proper documentation of daily site activities, material usage, and manpower allocation.
• Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to avoid delays or quality issues.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in infrastructure and earthwork projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate site activities efficiently.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction-related software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel or be based on-site as required.
