Job Description
- Monitor work progress and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out on schedule and conformed to specifications
- Plan daily and weekly work sequences with Site Supervisor / Subcon
- Attend site meetings, technical meetings, and toolbox briefings
- Supervise subcontractors’ works for quality, safety, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with DOSH, OSHA 1994, CIDB, and site safety rules.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in infrastructure and earthwork projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction-related software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
- Able to work 6 days a week
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a plus for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
