Job Description

Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities on-site to ensure projects are carried out according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. This role requires hands-on supervision, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively. 

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the site. 
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Enforce site safety rules, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or technical problems promptly.
• Maintain daily site records, including manpower, material usage, and work progress.
   

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) / Building or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required.
• Preferably experience in earthwork, infrastructure or equivalent.
• Initiative, able to work under minimum supervision, good communication and negotiation skills, team player.
• Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Able to work 6 full working days and overtime. 
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
