The Role
We are looking for a candidate who will support the strategic direction of product (Versa App) positioning and development and work closely with the Marketing, Engineering and other stakeholder(s).
The Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for businesses to request or share ideas for product capabilities &amp; features</li>
<li>Engage with business stakeholders to collaborate and co-create product capabilities &amp; features</li>
<li>Evaluate business value of new capabilities in collaboration with business &amp; strategy team to recommend prioritization</li>
<li>Define and document comprehensive business requirements using best practices e.g., UML</li>
<li>Conduct:</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>End-to-end analysis of user journey, back-end processes, and operational requirements for product capabilities to identify and document improvement/enhancements</li>
<li>Periodic analysis of capabilities &amp; feature success post-launch to recommend improvements and increase success</li>
<li>Continuous market research to understand the competitor landscape, market needs, and customer sentiment</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Lead the implementation and customer launch of product roadmap, working closely with Engineering team</li>
<li>Define clear metrics of success measurement for all new product capabilities for the purpose of tracking performance</li>
<li>Continuously refine product offering &amp; capabilities roadmap based on research findings to ensure effort invested in product development yields highest adoption and profitability</li>
<li>Lead operational aspects of product, including L3 support, executing processes, reporting, configuring product launches, and supporting any ad hoc requests</li>
<li>Define test scenarios, test cases, and conduct comprehensive testing of new capabilities &amp; features to be rolled out</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Compliance &amp; Legal to ensure all product capabilities &amp; features are 100% in compliance with regulatory &amp; legal requirements</li>
<li>Own and drive release plan end-to-end from initiation, tracking all the way to customer launch.</li>
