Job Description

The Role:
As we continue to redefine how people save and invest, we are looking for a passionate Executive/Senior Executive, Human Resources to join our journey. The Responsibilities:

  1. Handle the full recruitment spectrum for various positions and levels within the Company.
  2. Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining team personal information and records, payroll verification and other HR operational documents such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Offer Letters, Service Agreements or Contracts, etc.
  3. Administer employee performance management exercise. E.g. job evaluations and performance appraisals
  4. Plan and execute other HR activities such as Learning & Development, Employee Engagements/Relations, Talent Management, Compliance to Employment Act and Labour Law
  5. Provide office clerical and administrative support as and when required

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for:
Candidates with/who are:

  1. Tertiary education or Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years of related working experience which includes full cycle recruitment and payroll administration and/or management.
  3. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel (Google Suite equivalent) and able to create customized reports such as highlighting hiring trends in the industry, employee turnover rates, and other critical data.
  4. Confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills in managing all stakeholders.
