About The Role
We're hiring a mid-level Frontend / Interface Engineer to design, build, and maintain the interfaces our users and our internal teams rely on every day. You'll work across our Flutter mobile apps for iOS and Android as well as our internal web portal.

This is a UX-centric role. You'll partner closely with designers and backend engineers to ship interfaces that are polished, reliable, and solve real user problems and you'll own those interfaces from first build through ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain user-facing mobile interfaces across iOS and Android.
2. Develop and maintain internal-facing tools, including our internal web portal.
3. Own your interfaces end-to-end, from initial build through ongoing maintenance.
4. Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers throughout the build process.
5. Own quality assurance for the interfaces you build.
6. Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to raising the team's code quality.
8. Keep current with evolving frontend tools, patterns, and best practices.
   

Job Requirements

1. Proven hands-on experience with Flutter, including building, deploying, and shipping apps to production.
2. Working experience with and familiarity across frontend frameworks.
3. Experience working with cloud platforms.
4. Experience with Firebase, including Analytics and Authentication.
5. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and core software design principles.
6. Experience with test automation.
7. Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and contribute toward business goals.
9. Strong work ethic, accountability, and a genuine sense of ownership over your work.
10. Able to stay effective and level-headed when working under pressure.
