About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Manager/Senior Product Manager who can work across the entire product development cycle including customer research, UX discovery, sprint planning, project management and product marketing. Join us & be part of a "Versa-tile", and dynamic team. 

The Game Plan:

• Create and drive execution of roadmap for new features/products while managing team budget
• Work closely with:

1. Marketing to hit customer acquisition goals and targets.
2. Engineers, designers, and testers to define features, write specs, user stories, create wireframes and prototypes
3. Customer-facing team to handle product related queries and integrate customer feedback into product requirements

• Lead, train and mentor the Product team towards a customer-driven product culture
• Analyse and use data, research & market analysis to communicate product strategies effectively to relevant stakeholders

1. Identify gaps & opportunities to improve products, features & offering

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Proven track record in developing, growing and launching mobile app products & features:

1. Completed tertiary education in related program with:
   - Minimum 3 years(for Manager) or 5 years(for Senior Product Manager) of experience in a leadership role(s) within financial service sector
   - Experience in developing and growing mobile app products 

• Proficiency in:

1. Using tools to manage the product development lifecycle(e.g. Jira in an AGILE environment)
2. MS Office, Google Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present analysis results to Senior Management
