About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help grow our brand and engage our community online. This role combines content creation, storytelling, and community management to make finance more relatable and accessible.

Job Requirements

The Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, short videos, and stories
2. Write clear, engaging copy for captions, posts, and campaigns
3. Plan and manage the social media content calendar
4. Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding to users in a timely and friendly manner
5. Engage with the community to build trust and meaningful conversations
6. Work with the marketing team to develop creative campaign content
7. Track social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
8. Stay up to date with social media trends and formats to keep content fresh and relevant

The Requirements: 

• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms
• Comfortable responding to users and managing online communities
• Familiar with social media tools and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic design or video editing skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) is a plus
• Organized and able to manage multiple content timelines

*Bonus points 

• Experience creating short-form video content.
• Interest in personal finance, investing, or fintech.
