Job Description

• Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment with a focus on Technology/Engineering Talents

1. Experience in sourcing for Back End Developers (Languages: NodeJS, Javascript, Typescript, C#, Java) and Front End Developers (Languages: Ionic) 
2. Proactive high-level sourcing, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
3. Facilitate interviews, final selection and preparation of offer letter
4. Manage Onboarding & Probation period 

• Plan and administer employee performance management. E.g. job evaluations and performance appraisals
• Maintain the HR system by updating and maintaining accurate HR records
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures and forms as per ISO requirements
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities/events (E.g. town halls, team building etc)

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Highly detail-oriented to ensure high standards of quality of deliverables
• Able to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative/outside-the-box solutions.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
