About the Role

As a Customer Advisor at Vertex Mastery, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, helping them understand our solutions and driving business growth through effective sales calls.

• Prospect Identification & Development – Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls and follow-ups.
• Understanding Customer Needs – Listen actively, identify pain points, and propose relevant solutions.
• Up-selling and Cross-selling - Identifying opportunities to increase sales by offering additional products or services.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer support.
• Objection Handling & Follow-Ups – Address concerns, answer queries, and maintain strong follow-up processes.
• Build Trust And Rapport With Clients – Maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• CRM Management – Keep accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM system.
• Sales Target Achievement – Work towards hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Appointment Setting – Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Gathering customer feedback and market intelligence.

Job Requirements

About You

• At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing – You have a proven track record in outbound sales.
• Ability to Identify Customer Pain Points – You can analyze customer needs and match them with the right solutions.
• Strong Business Mindset – You understand sales dynamics and how to create value for customers.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – You know how to build rapport and engage potential clients.
• Results-Driven & Sales-Oriented – You are motivated by numbers and always push for success.
• Time Management & Organization – You can manage multiple leads and follow-ups without missing opportunities.
