About the Role

As a Social Media Management & Content Creating Intern, you’ll dive into the world of social media and community engagement. Your responsibilities include:

• Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu), including posting, scheduling, and monitoring content.
• Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, produce engaging short videos, and write captions that capture our audience's attention.
• Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and chats to foster relationships and grow our online community.
• Community Insights: Analyze audience behavior, track trends, and gather feedback to inform content strategies.
• Event Support: Stay up-to-date on our training programs to create content that resonates with event participants and supports overall messaging.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in communication, media, new media, or a related field.
• Passionate About Social Media: You’re familiar with social platforms and understand what makes content resonate with audiences.
