Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience who are looking to develop their career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
• Assist in tendering, procurement, and contract administration activities.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control measures.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are welcome.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
