Internship Overview

Are you passionate about social media and digital trends? We are looking for a creative and energetic Livestream Host Intern to join our fast-growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the TikTok Shop ecosystem and modern e-commerce.

You won’t just be watching—you’ll be on camera, engaging with audiences, and learning how to drive real business results.

What You Will Learn

• Professional Hosting: Master the art of public speaking and audience engagement.
• Sales Strategy: Learn how to convert viewers into customers using proven livestream techniques.
• Content Operations: Gain insights into the backend of MCN and TikTok Shop management.
• Product Knowledge: Understand how to present diverse product categories effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in hosting daily livestream sessions (5–6 hours).
• Engage with viewers in real-time and manage the "live" energy.
• Collaborate with the production team to set up the studio and plan live flows.
• Support the team in tracking session performance and GMV targets.

Job Requirements

• Current Student/Fresh Grad: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Mass Comm, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Confidence: Naturally outgoing and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Flexibility: Able to commit to a 6-day work week and shift rotations (Morning/Night).
• Language: Fluent in [English/Mandarin/Malay]—multilingualism is a plus!
• Attitude: A "can-do" spirit with a high level of discipline and a hunger to learn.
