Job Description
- Manage petty cash funds and maintain accurate records of expenses.
- Reconcile petty cash transactions regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Process reimbursements and handle cash disbursements.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing email correspondence.
- Assist in managing the company's online expenses (Osome) system, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams for expense reporting and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in the reconciliation of receipts for Singapore and Malaysia.
Working hours: 10AM to 7PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma in a related field.
- Proficiency in reading Chinese is essential for this role.
