As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic, resourceful Production Assistant to join our fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:

As a Production Assistant at Vicinity Studio, you will play a crucial role in the smooth execution of our productions. You will be assisting the producers in taking care of our crew, and ensuring the overall well-being of our team by keeping everyone hydrated and supported throughout busy shooting days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down production sets.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of equipment and supplies.
• Provide logistical support to production managers and coordinators.
• Ensure that all crew members are hydrated and cater to other basic necessities during shoots.
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks as required to support the production team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 3A driver's license with a clean driving record.
  (You must convert your license to Singapore's license)
• Have basic knowledge of video production or at least 1 year of working experiences in Video Production sets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing schedules and demands.
• Previous experience in production or similar roles is a plus but not required.
• Enthusiasm for working in a creative, collaborative environment.
