Job Description

 We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Product Listing Specialist to help prepare our gadgets for online sale.

You will be responsible for photographing products, preparing attractive and accurate product listings, and ensuring our inventory is properly organised and updated across platforms such as Carousell, Facebook Marketplace and other online channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Take clear and attractive photos of gadgets such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles and accessories.
• Check and record important product details including model, storage capacity, colour, condition and accessories.
• Identify and clearly highlight any scratches, dents, defects or other product conditions.
• Prepare accurate and easy-to-read product titles and descriptions.
• Create and upload product listings to Carousell, Facebook Marketplace and other sales platforms.
• Ensure product photos and listings follow Vincere Gadgets' standards.
• Update listing and inventory status when products are added, sold or removed.
• Organise products so they can be easily identified and located.
• Assist the team with general inventory and e-commerce related tasks when required.
• Work efficiently to ensure newly received products are listed online as quickly as possible.

• Are comfortable using smartphones, computers and online marketplaces.
• Have basic knowledge or interest in gadgets such as iPhones, Android phones, iPads, laptops and gaming consoles.
• Can take clear and presentable product photos.
• Can write simple and accurate English.
• Have strong attention to detail and can spot differences in model, colour, storage and product condition.
• Are organised and able to follow a consistent workflow.
• Can work independently after training.
• Are responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Are comfortable doing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

Previous experience with any of the following is an advantage, but not required:

• Carousell, Facebook Marketplace, Shopee or Lazada
• E-commerce
• Product photography
• Gadget or mobile phone retail
• Inventory management
• Content creation or social media

Fresh graduates and candidates without previous experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
