Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive Cum Office Admin with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting. 

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and possess a strong understanding of financial record-keeping processes, administrative tasks, and organizational operations.

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Perform daily financial record management, including data entry, invoicing, and recording transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow regularly.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the external accounting firm by providing all necessary financial data and documents for financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office operations, including procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for financial and administrative records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Perform any additional administrative or accounting duties as required by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and accounting system.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
