Job Description
- Plan, execute and support physical and/or virtual events.
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure on-time event arrangement.
- Communicate with external parties to fulfill the needs of events, including liaison with KOL, suppliers, clients and etc.
- Attend events and support onsite operation.
- Any Ad-hoc task signed by management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be currently pursuing diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management/ Business/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English.
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Responsible, positive and self-driven.
