Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Project Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of immersive exhibits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and experience in creative or technology-driven projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept development to installation and launch of immersive exhibits.
2. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
3. Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality and deadlines.
4. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
5. Oversee creative design and technical integration to deliver engaging and innovative exhibits.
6. Conduct regular status updates, reporting project progress to stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards for the exhibit.

Job Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the creative or tech industry.
2. Strong understanding of immersive technologies, such as AR, VR, and interactive displays.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
5. Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation.
6. Passion for delivering unique, engaging, and high-quality experiences.
7. Experience in exhibit design, event management, or related fields.
8. Knowledge of creative software or technical tools relevant to immersive technologies.
9. Background in working with museums, theme parks, or similar industries
