Role Purpose

In this role, you will support our team in managing creator related activities, TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns and day to day operations. You will work closely with the team on creator sourcing, campaign coordination, performance tracking and content related activities

Your Growth & Exposure

• Gain hands on experience in TikTok Shop, MCN and affiliate marketing
• Learn how creators are sourced, onboarded and managed for different campaigns
• Gain practical experience in campaign coordination and creator communication
• Learn how to track basic campaign and creator performance
• Get exposure to real e-commerce, social media and digital marketing projects
• Develop communication, coordination and organizational skills through day to day project work

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Creator & Campaign Support

• Research and identify suitable TikTok creators based on brand, product and campaign requirements
• Assist with creator outreach, follow up and onboarding
• Share campaign information, product details and requirements with creators
• Follow up with creators on campaign participation, content submission and livestream schedules
• Assist with TikTok Shop affiliate campaign coordination and daily updates

Performance & Research

• Assist in tracking creator and campaign performance, including views, engagement, orders and sales related metrics
• Help prepare basic performance reports and update campaign records
• Research TikTok trends, creator content and affiliate activities
• Share relevant creator or content findings with the team

Operations Support

• Assist with product sample coordination and tracking
• Maintain and update creator, campaign and product information
• Support campaign documentation and other day to day MCN & TAP activities
• Assist the team with other TikTok Shop and digital marketing projects when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
• No prior work experience is required. Experience or exposure in social media, e-commerce, affiliate marketing or creator related activities is an added advantage

• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with creators and team members
• Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, responsible and willing to follow up on assigned tasks
• Curious and eager to learn about TikTok Shop, MCN and affiliate marketing
• A team player who can work well in a fast paced environment
