Job Title: Live Operations Intern (E-Commerce & AI Broadcasting)

Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur (On-site) 

Working Hours: 9 Hours Shift-based - 1 Hour break (Includes weekends and night shifts up to 2:00 AM)

We manage high-volume live broadcasting campaigns on TikTok Shop and Shopee for top-tier brands (including skincare, mom & baby, apparel, and FMCG). We don't just do traditional livestreams—we are pioneers in integrating AI Twin technology for automated broadcasting. We are looking for a highly reliable, tech-savvy Live Operations Intern to join our fast-paced studio team.

What You Will Do (The Role):

As a Live Operations Intern, you are the backbone of our broadcasting studio. You will ensure our human and AI livestreams run flawlessly, especially during high-traffic mega-campaigns like Double Days (e.g., 5.5, 11.11) and Payday sales.

• Stream Management: Actively monitor ongoing livestreams (both Live Host and AI-generated streams) to ensure zero downtime and optimal technical performance.
• Campaign Execution: Trigger live marketing tools, pin products, and seamlessly execute real-time giveaways exactly as scheduled by the Marketing team.
• AI Integration Support: Assist in recording, rendering, and QA-checking AI Livestream processes for our brand partners.
• Studio Operations: Manage the physical studio environment, ensuring equipment is prepped for the Live Hosts and properly secured/closed down at the end of night shifts.
• Data & Reporting: Update daily KPI tracking sheets and communicate efficiently with the wider team via group chats to ensure smooth shift handovers.

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For (Job Requirements):

• Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• Shift-Readiness (Crucial): You must be comfortable working dynamic, rotating 9-hour shifts. Our operations run early mornings (e.g., 6:00 AM) and late nights (closing at 1:00 AM or 2:00 AM). You will be required to work on certain weekends and public holidays based on a structured roster.
• High Accountability: You are the "eyes" of the brand when a livestream is ongoing. We require someone who is reliable, punctual, and does not abandon their post.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or OBS Studio is a huge plus. You should be quick to learn new digital dashboards and AI software interfaces.
• Communication: Excellent response time on team messaging apps (WhatsApp/Discord) to ensure the team is always aligned. You are also required to inform your direct superior in case of any emergencies.
