Job Description

 

  • TikTok Strategy & Management: Develop and execute comprehensive TikTok marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue for clients.
  • Livestream Operations: Oversee the end-to-end execution of TikTok livestreams, ensuring smooth operations and optimizing for maximum audience engagement and sales conversion.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and manage TikTok campaigns, including content creation, influencer collaborations, and paid ads, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze livestream and campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand goals and create custom TikTok and livestream strategies that drive results.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns stay relevant and competitive.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the creative, media buying, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of livestreams and TikTok campaigns.
  • Revenue Growth: Focus on driving sales and revenue through effective TikTok marketing strategies and optimized livestream operations.

Job Requirements

 

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok marketing and/or livestream operations.
  • Go-Getter: Being able to standby during campaign period to optimize the performance of the live stream during campaign period
  • Expertise in TikTok: In-depth knowledge of TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices for both organic and paid media.
  • Livestream Management: Proven experience in managing livestream events, preferably on TikTok or similar platforms, with a track record of driving engagement and conversions.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from TikTok and livestream platforms to make informed decisions.
  • Creativity: Able to think creatively to craft compelling content and campaigns that resonate with TikTok audiences.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with different departments to bring campaigns to life.
