Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Analyse, evaluate, and document business requirements, workflows, and operational processes 
• Conduct stakeholder discussions to identify pain points, system gaps, and improvement opportunities 
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements 

System Solution & Process Improvement

• Develop and recommend IT and system solutions aligned with business objectives 
• Analyse existing systems and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity 
• Support digital transformation and system optimisation initiatives 

Project Coordination & Implementation

• Collaborate closely with developers, vendors, and technical teams during project implementation 
• Assist in system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities 
• Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved successfully 

Integration & Technical Coordination

• Support or coordinate system integration projects involving APIs, enterprise platforms, or third-party systems 
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolution with technical teams 
• Ensure smooth integration between business applications and operational systems 

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), workflow diagrams, process documentation, and reports 
• Maintain proper documentation of system enhancements, process changes, and project updates 
• Provide regular status updates and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in: 
• Information Technology 
• Computer Science 
• Business Information Systems 
• Software Engineering 
• Related field 
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related roles 
• Experience in system implementation, process improvement, or enterprise applications is preferred
  

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of business processes, system workflows, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) 
• Familiarity with system integration concepts, APIs, and enterprise platforms 
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems is an advantage 
• Basic knowledge of databases, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus
